Return Policy

At Melluree, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please read our full return policy below for more information.


Overview

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and unworn. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted for a return or exchange.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the return has been processed, and you can expect the refund within 7-10 business days after that.

  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be applied to your card.

  • For PayPal purchases, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at support@melluree.com with your order number and details of the product you’d like to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at support@melluree.com to obtain a return authorization and the correct return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
